Cisco® Mid-Range Routing Product Overview (MRRPO)

This course provides strategic information on Cisco® mid-range routers positioned in the Enterprise and Service Provider markets. It is intended for Cisco® and Channel System Engineers (SEs) who need to present and demonstrate various aspects of Cisco® 7x00 series and C10000 routers for customers. This course is also designed to enable customers and system integrators to have a better understanding of the capabilities of those Cisco router series.
The course includes lab exercises that provide hands-on use of the Cisco® routers discussed in this course. Each of the modules in this course will have accompanying review exercises to reinforce the knowledge and skills gained.
You will learn to:
- Explain the specific requirements of Enterprise and Service Providers in the mid-range routing arena
- Discuss pertinent features, benefits, and characteristics of each router
- List the hardware components and pertinent specifications of each product
- List the software requirements of each device
- List the types of applications and solutions best suited to each mid-range device
- Discuss specific technology, features, or designs that differentiate the routers
