Leased Line Aggregation (LLAGG) + 1 Day CCNA® Overview - EVDO

Length: 4-day Workshop

Course slide preview for LLAGGTech 2000 has removed the prerequisite requirement by providing supplemental content from the Cisco CCNA® courseware. This modification will save your students both time and money.

The course will focus on the customer's use of a high-density aggregation router, the hardware, and software components developed to meet that need. Practical in-depth, hands-on exercises are structured to provide students with the skills required to install, configure and troubleshoot the C10000 series router.

This course focuses on the use of the Cisco 10000 in Leased Line applications. These applications include T1, T3,SONET, SDH, etc. The course focuses on line card configuration, operation, and troubleshooting.

You will learn to:

  • Present the functions uses and capabilities of the C10000 series router
  • Introduction to Cisco IOS® 12.0 navigation and command line interface, including priviledged and configuration commands
  • Introduction to Cisco IOS® 12.0 configuration and demonstration
  • Define function of SONET, line section, path
  • Demonstrate configuration and monitoring of SONET CHOC3
  • Demonstrate configuration and monitoring of MLPPP
  • Demonstrate configuration and monitoring of MR-APS
  • Define the various leased-line access architectures that use the Cisco® 10000 series
  • Demonstrate a functional understanding of the C10000 series hardware components, their interconnection, dependencies and features
  • Provide a functional description of the PRE and PXF including their architecture, header forwarding and packet processing
  • Use PXF and Cisco IOS® commands to track and monitor system traffic
  • Describe and verify the operation of PRE redundancy on the Cisco® 10000 series router
  • Configure clear channel and channelized interfaces in T3, T1, E1 SONET and SDH environments
  • Configure and verify the operation of hierarchical and regular QoS policies on the Cisco® 10000 series router
