The CVPD course is a five day instructor-led, hands-on training course that teaches you everything you need to know about developing and debugging of self-service applications using the CVP Call Studio and CVP VXML Server. You will leave class an expert on CVP Call Studio applications and return to work prepared to begin your first project.

Prerequisites:
Prospective students must have completed courses in the following areas:
- Experience with Microsoft Windows® software
- Experience with a Unix-based or Windows 2000® operating system
- Experience with software flowcharting tools (for example, Visio®)
- Familiarity with Java 2 Enterprise Edition application servers
- Familiarity with network management and networking concepts such as IP addressing, proxies, and firewalls
- Understanding of call-flow design
- Familiarity with the Cisco® Universal Voice Gateway
Prospective students should have a working knowledge of:
- IOS® CLI Cisco® route configuration basics
- IOS® dial peers and gatekeeper configuration
- Cisco® CallManager operation and configuration
- Cisco® ICM Enterprise and Cisco® IPCC Enterprise (especially PG setup and Administration Workstation tools)
- Operation of Windows 2000® Server-based applications
