Tech 2000 has an extensive database of "off the shelf" technical training materials. To support rapid customization of courses to meet the specific business needs of our customers, Tech 2000 has developed a unique database organized around courseware elements - the smallest collection of materials and exercises needed to achieve a specific learning objective.

Elements are stored by technology, topic, and subtopic, and can be easily combined by a courseware designer into a logical and complete package for meeting a customer's training need. By quickly and efficiently re-using what has already been created, we minimize what needs to be created when we are presented with a new technical challenge. Customer or job-specific materials, for example, can easily be integrated with our basic technology education materials to provide an "on target" solution to a customer's need.
