Cisco® IPCC/ICM Deployement Methodology (CIIDM)
Length: 2-day Workshop
Formerly Cisco® ICM and Cisc® IPCC Project Engineering course, the Cisco® IPCC/ICM Deployment Methodology course teaches Cisco® deployment methodology for the planning, design, and implementation phases of Cisco® IPCC Enterprise Edition 5.0 and Cisco® ICM Enterprise Edition 5.0 contact centers. Classroom presentation and group exercises illustrate the use of Cisco® best practices in the successful deployment of a Cisco® IPCC/ICM solution. Students learn the deployment models, infrastructure and network requirements, and interoperability of the components of the IPCC/ICM solution.
You will learn to:
- Successfully plan, design, and implement Cisco® IPCC Enterprise Edition 5.0 and Cisco® ICM Enterprise Edition 5.0
- Learn a methodology and process for deploying Cisco® IPCC Enterprise Edition 5.0 and Cisco® ICM Enterprise Edition 5.0, by using the best practice templates and tools
- Navigate Cisco.com for reference documentation relative to IPCC/ICM implementation

Prerequisites:
- IP Contact Center (IPCC), ICM Product Training (ICMPT), and ICM System Administrator (ICMSA) courses
- Project Management Concepts and Methodology
- Additional course requirement: Students are expected to bring their laptops loaded with the following Microsoft Office tools: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Project, and Visio (Standard or Professional).
