This technical 2-day course introduces all features and components of Audium Studio and Call Services and teaches students how to build dynamic VoiceXML applications. Students will learn best practices for voice user interface design and call flows structure, in addition to beginning application integration and customization concepts. Tricks and tips for application reusability and faster development also make this course essential for any developer that wants to get started with Audium quickly. At the end of the session, students will be able to design and develop their own dynamic voice application with Audium.

• This course is suitable for IVR developers and sales engineers who want a technical understanding of how to create voice applications with Audium.

Prerequisites:

• Basic knowledge of call flow design concepts
• Basic Experience with Microsoft Windows and business flowcharting tools
• Basic Knowledge of standard file management practices and world wide web architecture and navigation
