This technical 2-day course is an in depth study of how to use Audium Studio and Call Services to develop custom voice applications. Participants will learn how to use both the Java and XML Application Programming Interfaces (API) to extend Audium functionality or create new elements from scratch, in addition to best practices for integrating with backend systems and methods for templatizing applications to maximize repeatability.
The class does not cover voice user interface design, and Java programming experience is required. At the end of the course, students will be able to design and develop powerful, world class voice applications that fully take advantage of the complete functionality of the Audium platform.

Prerequisites:
- Completion of "Audium Bootcamp" or close familiarity with Audium 3 software
- Basic knowledge of Voice User Interface and call flow design concepts
- Intermediate knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts
- Intermediate experience programming with Java
