This technical 1-day course teaches the essentials of Audium Studio and Call Services administration including software installation and configuration of Audium for use with certified voice gateways, application servers, and databases. The course also covers application deployment and management, an overview of application architecture as well as application load balancing, user administration, and performance tuning. Students completing the course will gain a detailed understanding of how to architect, install, and administer, systems and applications using Audium.

Recommended for:

• This course is suitable for technical personnel who are responsible for deploying and maintaining an Audium solution in an on-premises environment.

Prerequisites:

• Basic experience with a Unix-based or Windows 2000 operating system
• Some experience with the concept of network management and networking concepts, such as IP addresses, FTP, Java application servers
• NOTE: Java programming experience is not required
