Tech 2000 has joined Operation HOPE's 5 Million Kids Initiative: Teaching SDK development and the Mac interface to inner city and underprivileged youth in over 2000 High Schools. This will explore all faucets of entrepreneurship offered by Apple's innovative technology in today's social culture.

On June 16th - 18th Tech 2000 and Operation Hope introduced a group of students into the world of information technology through the vastly popular iPhone/iPod Applications development.

They started the program on Monday, which on that day they got introduced to the program and began the journey to become an iPhone SDK programmer.

They ended their training at the Operation Hope Financial Literacy Summit hosted by THEARC 1901 Mississippi, SE
Washington, D.C. 20020.

These students were able to grasp the knowledge thay had been learning so well, that companies at the event were requesting their services. John Hope Bryant was able to visit with the students at the end of the training, because of what he saw during the visit he invited the student up to the main stage of the event in the afternoon to present to the Summits delegation what they had achived.

About the Product:
Tech 2000 (http://www.t2000inc.com/apple/iphone.html)  has created an SDK E-Learning course that provides the knowledge for High School students to develop an application of the iPhone/iPod. Students will learn how to apply to become an Apple Developer, Load the Apple Software Developers Kit (SDK), Learn the fundamentals of Objective ‘C”, and Learn how to use the Apple toolkit such as “Xcode” “UI” etc.. . Students will modify a Custom Webpage Application ( MySchool) that we provide you for your Learning experience. In the end this Application can be uploaded to the Apps Store and/or transferred to your iPhone/iPod.

High School Students will use Tech 2000 iPhone Training to exhibit their Entrepreneurial and Technological, prowess as well as create a path for Self-esteem and Pride

The provided “MySchool” iPhone/iPod Application will have unique features that will provide the students with on going mentoring and collaboration support.

Our goal is for the students to evolve the “MySchool” application into something that serves the world and this ultimately provide financial rewards.

Over One Billion Applications have been downloaded since the Apple developers kit inception a year ago. This market continues to grow at a an incredible rate. The opportunity for financial success will expand as more and more speciifc applications continue to be produced. The Internet is an Equalizer, From the Largest companies to the smallest individuals all are equal on the web.
