1. A1. How do I know that the Cisco® authorized training you offer is genuine?

   The Cisco Learning Solutions Partner logo marks our site and courseware as genuine Cisco® authorized training.

2. A2. I don't see a course that I am interested in offered on your site; when will you offer it?

   If there is a particular course you are interested in and you do not see it listed on our site, contact us at Training@t2000inc.com for more information. If it is something we are not going to be offering in the future, we have many partners who offer Cisco® training as well.

3. A3. I am interested in having a course taught in my office; can you do that?

   We offer on-site training, as well as customized courseware for your individual needs. Contact sales@t2000inc.com or by phone at 703.467.8619.

4. A4. Why do some courses have no dates?

   Some courses have more immediate interest than others. If there is a particular course you are interested in, contact us at Training@t2000inc.com for more information.

5. A5. I want to get certified. What courses do I need?

   Check out our Cisco® Career Certification listing. You will find the individual components of the major Cisco® certifications. Check out our Boot Camp listing for a fast track to the certification of your choice.

6. A6. I want to specialize in a certain area; where can I find the training I need?

   If you take a look at our Cisco® Training listing, you will see that it is broken into categories. These categories list the individual components for the Cisco® specializations. You might also be interested in our free Cisco Course Reference Guide. It is a poster-sized PDF that details the certification and specialization components.

   If you have problems while registering and wish to check on the status of your registration, please contact our Training Staff at training@t2000inc.com or by phone at 703.467.8606.

3. B3. When I click on Register Now! or Course Outline or the main menu, nothing happens. I think your site is broken.

   For those links, we are using JavaScript pop-up windows to display the information quickly. There is a Close Window link at the bottom of the window so you can quickly and easily return to the Tech 2000 site. You must have JavaScript enabled on your browser and allow pop-up windows for our site in order for those links to work properly. Please be assured that we do not host any ads or malicious spyware on our site and we will not attempt to install anything on your computer.
