Herndon, VA, February 5, 2001 - Tech 2000, a leading provider of communications network technologies training, announced today that it has qualified to offer Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS) technology classes under their Cisco Learning Solutions Partner agreement with Cisco Systems, Inc. Under this agreement, and as one of a select few Cisco Learning Solutions Partners qualified to teach MPLS in North America, Tech 2000 is able to deliver extensive training solutions around MPLS technology in both standard and customized class formats.
MPLS technology enables carriers to sell a more efficient, multi-purpose backbone with quality of service enforcement as well as virtual private networking, among other benefits. Tech 2000's MPLS training consolidates the firm's position as the leader in providing service provider clients with the knowledge they need to build networks that will gain them market share and competitive advantage.
